Chris Wright
Chris leads Scouting across Greater London South West, supporting volunteers and teams to deliver brilliant experiences for young people.
His focus is on making it easier do what they do best by encouraging collaboration, developing strong teams and ensuring volunteers have the support they need. Chris is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to develop life skills through adventure, challenge and fun.
Aiden Neal
Aiden is the County Youth Lead for Greater London South West, helping to ensure that young people are at the heart of everything we do.
Working with volunteers and young people from across the county, Aiden supports opportunities for young people to share their ideas, influence decisions and shape the future of Scouting. He is passionate about creating an environment where every young person feels listened to, valued and empowered to make a difference.
By championing youth involvement and encouraging young people to take an active role in Scouting, Aiden helps ensure that Greater London South West continues to provide exciting, inclusive and meaningful experiences for all.
Ian Tombleson
Ian leads the County Programme Team, helping to provide programme support and events that enable Scouts in Greater London South West to experience even more than they could at a Group/District level. Alongside being the Programme Team Leader for the County, Ian also acts as the Deputy County Lead Volunteer
The Volunteering Development Team Leader for GLSW oversees the full life cycle of the volunteer journey in the county. This includes learning support, awards, resolutions and Disclosures.

Jon Kirkup
Jon heads up the County Support Team. As part of his role, he works with the Media, Technology, Property, Equipment and Community Relations Teams.
Jon works with Chris and other members of the County Leadership Team to develop the County behind the scenes as we approach 2030.
Antony Eeles
Ant is the District Lead Volunteer for Croydon, supporting volunteers and Scout Groups across the district to provide fun, safe and inspiring Scouting for young people.
Working closely with local volunteers and the wider district team, Ant is passionate about helping volunteers succeed, developing strong teams and ensuring every young person has the opportunity to enjoy adventure, make friends and gain Skills for Life. He is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where volunteers feel supported and valued.
By encouraging collaboration and helping Scout Groups grow and thrive, Ant is proud to support Scouting across Croydon and the positive impact it has on young people and local communities.
Phil Hunt
Phil is the District Lead Volunteer for Richmond, supporting volunteers and Scout Groups across the district to provide fun, safe and inspiring experiences for young people.
Working alongside local volunteers and the district team, Phil is committed to helping volunteers thrive by building strong teams, encouraging collaboration and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver great Scouting. He is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to challenge themselves, make lasting friendships and develop Skills for Life.
Phil is proud to support a welcoming and inclusive Scout community across Richmond, helping local Groups grow and ensuring Scouting continues to make a positive difference for young people and volunteers alike.
Jane Pringle
Jane is the District Lead Volunteer for Kingston, supporting volunteers and Scout Groups across the district to deliver fun, safe and inspiring Scouting for young people.
Working closely with local volunteers and the district team, Jane is passionate about creating an environment where volunteers feel supported, encouraged and empowered to make a difference. She is committed to helping Scout Groups grow, developing strong teams and ensuring young people have access to exciting opportunities that help them gain Skills for Life.
Jane believes that Scouting thrives through teamwork, community and inclusivity, and is proud to support volunteers across Kingston in providing life-changing experiences for young people.
Lisa Green
Lisa is the District Lead Volunteer for Sutton, supporting volunteers and Scout Groups across the district to provide exciting, safe and inclusive Scouting for young people.
Working with volunteers from across Sutton, Lisa is committed to helping teams grow and thrive by fostering collaboration, encouraging new ideas and ensuring volunteers have the support they need to succeed. She is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to challenge themselves, build confidence and develop Skills for Life through adventure and teamwork.

Michelle Baker and Dave Bixby
Michelle and Dave are the District Lead Volunteers for Wimbledon and Wandle, working together to support volunteers and Scout Groups across the district in delivering fun, safe and inspiring Scouting for young people.
Together, they are passionate about helping volunteers succeed by building strong teams, encouraging collaboration and ensuring volunteers have the support and resources they need to thrive. They are committed to creating opportunities for young people to challenge themselves, develop confidence and gain Skills for Life through adventure and teamwork.
Michelle and Dave are proud to support an inclusive and welcoming Scout community across Wimbledon and Wandle, working alongside volunteers to help Scout Groups grow and ensure Scouting continues to make a positive impact on young people, families and local communities.
As Chair of the Trustee Board, Hamant Bharadia is the Team Leader of the Trustee Board and along with the members of the board ensures that the County is governed effectively. Hamant also acts as the Chair of the County Scout Council on the occasion that they meet for their AGM.
