Welcome to the minibus booking page for the 2 County Minibuses. The Busses have been purchased by county for the benefit of all units and groups across GLSW Scout County. A charge of £25 per day is made for their use.
All bookings are managed by the County Transport team (transport@glswscouts.org.uk) and all bookings are tentative until they are approved by them. Before booking please check the bookings calendar below. Any requests for the same time as other bookings will be rejected.
Foreign travel in the county vehicles is not permitted.
Towing may only be permitted following consultation with the transport team. and all drivers must have a valid D1 licence.
The minibuses can hold 16 passengers and 1 driver, they are both ULEZ complaint. Please make sure you have read and understand the minibus usage policy.
