External Qualifications
Due to changes from HQ following a review of First Aid Training we are now required to validate ALL external first aid qualifications. This validation must be done by one of the County First Response Trainers.
You may need to do some additional training, links to online modules are below and they don’t take long to complete.
You may need to do a short face to face CPR assessment – we will be arranging some drop in sessions in your district.
Once this is all complete – we can validate your first aid training.
External courses:
Doctors / Nurses / Ambulance crews
We need them to have a copy of their certificate / registration and evidence of recent CPR training such as annual BLS course.
ADULT CPR / FIRST AID COURSES:
Police officers
Need evidence of in date Module 1 and module 2 of the college of policing first aid training.
