Announcing the GLSW County 2022 Open Airgun Competition.
The competition will take place on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of September at 1st Hook Group HQ.
It is open to all Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Young Leaders, Network Scouts and adult members of the Scout Association, from any District and County.
As well as the usual 6 yard Rifle and 6 yard Pistol competitions, we have 10 metre Own Rifle and 10 metre Own Pistol.
(We do have some S400 rifles, Air Arms Alpha pistols and one Haemmerli AP20 pistol that may be borrowed, please contact us in advance.)
We also have a number of time slots for a Novice Rifle category for those with little or no shooting experience.

- 6yd Rifle and 6yd Pistol – equipment is supplied – for competent shooters only
- 10m Rifle and 10m Pistol – own equipment used (may be borrowed from club) – Sporter rules
- Novice Rifle – for those with little or no experience – instruction given and shooters closely supervised

You can enter any one, or all (excluding novices), of the competition disciplines for the paltry fee of £6 for one and £3 for each additional one.
